Shipping
Orders are generally shipped within 4 days of payment clearing, but usually sooner. Prints ship flat, not rolled in a tube. (If it is important for me to know this when I am buying, I know it is important for you to know as well! I don't like curly prints either!) While I take care in packing your order to assure it arrives in good shape, once I hand over the packages I have no control in how they are handled by the shipping service. Please do contact me if your package arrives damaged. Please allow up to 2 weeks in transit time once item has shipped for your order to arrive.
Delivery confirmation has improved over time, but it still not true tracking. Please know that if you receive our notification of shipping that your package has shipped. If your package has delivery confirmation and you track the delivery confirmation service and it says something like:
The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner on (the date) to expect your package for mailing. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.
or
Electronic Shipping Info Received, (the date)
that your item has shipped but the USPS has not updated their database yet, and may not until it is closer to the destination.
US: Orders are shipped via USPS first class or priority mail using the following rates. Please note that very heavy or high value may ship UPS, but you will not be charged extra above the following rates for this service.

International: Orders are shipped either first class international or priority international using the following rates. Please note that very heavy or high value may ship expedited, global expedited or UPS, but you will not be charged extra shipping fees above the following rates for this service. Duty and VAT fees are the responsibility of the customer.
